TRAINING DEPARTMENT

Welcome to the 104 Sqn Training Department.

Cadet Training is uniformed across the country. In fact, every Sqn and Corps undergoes regular auditing to ensure compliance and high standards are maintained.

Cadets are divided into levels, according to their joining date. For example, first-year cadets are considered Level One Cadets. An officer is assigned to oversee the facilitation and training of each level. Mandatory training is completed every parade night (Wednesdays), over three periods of instruction.

Summer Training is conducted during the summer months, July-August. Training courses can vary in length from 2-, 3-, 6-, and 7-weeks.

Instructors are all qualified senior-level cadets, civilian volunteers, and officers. Instructors also undergo regular evaluation by the Training Officer to ensure standards are maintained.
